Our Client is an established, West Australian success story involved in supplying power to the mining sector. They are looking to appoint an experienced SITE SUPERVISOR to join their team and assist with the growth of their business.
This is primarily a ‘Rolling Shutdown’ role, predominantly in The Pilbara, with the potential to earn significant remuneration.
Here are the essential requirements to successfully manage this role :
- Strong Communication and Team Skills
- Supervision experience within a similar environment
- Experience in mine site shutdown environment
- A-Grade License
- HV Experience (preferable but not essential)
Salary:
- $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 + SGC based on an hourly rate
- Normal Time: $62.50 + super
- OVT or Site Rate: $75.00 + super
Travel:
- Site Based Role, therefore regular travel is required
- There is no specific roster as Shutdowns vary
- No specific Site, predominantly in the Pilbara
Hours:
- When on site range from 12-13 hour days paid at Normal Time
- Shutdowns generally last between 7 – 14days
- Based on current Supervision – 3000 hours for the last financial Year (Average 57hrs per week)
