Overview

Reports to the Task Order Program Manager. The Site Manager shall have the authority to commit the Contractor���s labor force and the use of resources to meet their respective site requirements of the contract. The duties and responsibilities listed are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

Responsibilities
��� Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
��� Comply with all Environmental & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals. Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.
��� Provide managerial oversight to include but not limited to functional service areas of: Food Services, Fire and Emergency Services, Diplomatic Post Office operations, Waste Management and Disposal, Recreational Services, Housing and Billeting, Janitorial, Transportation, Laundry, and Security Related Maintenance.
���… Serve as the site���s task order senior point of contact responsible for customer communications and report generation and distribution.
��� Responsible for allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs.
��� Instruct staff in company work policies and procedures.
��� Provide oversight and manage the performance of subcontractor team members.
��� Identify problem areas and respond to mission requirements to perform task order requirements.
��� Plan and manage projects.
��� Control resources; monitor staff proficiency and qualifications; monitor the locations and activities of assets; and coordinate the flow of information to and from task order staff and USG representatives.
��� Resolve life support issues.
��� Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Ten (10) years of experience in related life support services management, with a minimum of five (5) years experience in providing such services to large facilities, or, operations.

An Associates degree in Business, or, a related field or discipline, from an accredited university. A Bachelors degree is preferred.

Valid driver���s license from home of record.

Already possess a U.S. Government (USG) issued Secret security clearance or be able obtain a favorable USG Secret clearance prior to being hired is required for the position. Must maintain eligibility at the required clearance level for the duration of the task order.

Satisfactory English proficiency to meet job requirements.

U.S. citizenship is required.
��� Background in the management of life support services, or, similar support operations.
��� Knowledge of principles and processes involved in supporting contract responsibilities at an overseas facility.
��� Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff.
��� Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
��� Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
��� Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
��� Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
��� Ability to become an active and functioning member of a team.
��� Ability to be innovative and be an agent for change.
��� Good verbal and written communication skills to direct employees, prepare reports for upper management, and facilitate/disseminate information.

Desired:

Bachelor���s Degree in a related discipline, or, in a similar profession.

Relevant overseas contract experience.

Previous work experience in harsh environmental conditions.

Experience working with Contractor.

Cross-cultural sensitivity with an international perspective.
