SGA Controller – Italy

• As a Financial Controller you will be driving and supporting the telco cost controlling in close cooperation with our Regional finance leadership of BT Global. You will be contributing to the cost controlling with:
• Calculation of the amounts for different types of revenues and costs, ensure proper and accurate allocation, take the lead in introducing a robust controlling environment
• Follow disputes, answer queries regarding cost allocation, liaise with different business and finance teams
• Work as end-user and understand the connection of different systems related to cost (and revenue) of the customers of BT
• Coordinate and drive month end closure activities: calculate accruals, deferrals, participate in review calls, evaluate Purchase Orders and prepare margin analysis
• Evaluate and explain actual monthly deviations from budget figures
• Maintain accounting, financial reporting and financial controls to ensure adequate records in the books.
• Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

• Focusing on all aspects and details of a task and delivering your output with a high level of accuracy

Professional skills:

• College or University degree (finance / accountancy / economics)
• 3+ years’ experience working in finance role with relevant management reporting experience

Language skills:

• English on a fluent level
• Italian on a conversational level
