The Global Competence Centre Post Trade ICT Services is responsible for all production and test environments within our area. Among other responsibilities we are providing 1st and 3rd level support and we are developing automized solutions for the operation engineering. Our team is located in Munich and Warsaw, our customers are globally distributed.

Position description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Analyst for our environment management team (location Warsaw). In this position you are supporting the conception and administration of our three CALYPSO installations based on Continuous Integration & Delivery processes. Here you will provide 3rd level support and be the link between the development and our infrastructure for run and change activities.

Reviewing of technical specifications to assure the quality and compliance to the defined standards of our initiatives and taking over the steering and responsibility of technical it-projects is as well part of your job.

Skills:

• Highly experienced with Continuous Integration and Development Tools (CI/CD)
• Detailed technical knowledge and hands-on experience with DevOps, Automation, Containerization and Cloud Computing
• In-depth knowledge of Linux/UNIX (incl. script programming) as well as very good knowledge in SQL and Oracle DB.
• Familiarity with the full software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Enthusiastic and proactive team player who is keen to contribute to ideas and listen in a collaborative manner.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working, high operational readiness and ability to cope with pressure
• Ability and willingness to support also outside of business hours (on-call Support)
• Customer orientation, flexibility and attitude towards effective problem solving
• Advanced experience with monitoring tools e.g. Zabbix, Dynatrace, Tivoli, Grafana…
• English spoken and written
• Knowledge of CALYPSO platform is a plus

4. Who receives my data?

In situations where the processing of your data is necessary for the performance of the agreement, fulfilment of statutory obligations, regulatory or protection of legitimate interests, access to your data shall be obtained by the organs and employees of our organization.

In addition, trusted data processors (in particular IT service providers) and contractors (such as recruitment agencies and other recruitment service providers) are going to receive your data in the scope that it is necessary for the provision of their services. In order to protect the legitimate interests of the controller, some of your personal data may be forwarded to law firms and to institutions for the recovery of claims (including bailiffs). All entities that process data are required by virtue of concluded agreements to treat your data confidentially and only for the purpose of performing the services provided.

5. How long are my data going to be stored?

We process your personal data during the recruitment period for the position you apply for. If you have agreed to the use of your personal data in future recruitment, we shall process your data also for the purposes of future recruitment, but no longer than for two years from when you provided us your consent.

In some cases, the period of storage of your personal data may be extended by a period of limitation of claims. As a rule, the period of limitation for claims in employee cases is 3 years, but may also be longer.

6. What are my privacy rights?

At any time, within the scope provided for by the law on the protection of personal data, you have the right to information, rectification, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data transfer.
