Salary: £38,491 Per Annum

The Role

This is an exciting time to join the team, as we work to develop a new regular giving product and increase our other offerings, with opportunities for this role to manage and put your stamp on a variety of activities in the programme, including managing cross-team integrated appeals and projects.

Criteria

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with excellent communication and campaign management skills and varied channel management experience across print, email and telemarketing. You will be keen to deliver insight and audience-led, best in class fundraising campaigns. An understanding of digital KPIs in relation to emails and landing pages is required and experience managing automated email journeys is also desirable. You’ll enjoy looking for ways to optimise all elements of campaigns from data, creative, content and use a test and learn approach. When it comes to working with data, you will be confident working with attention to detail and accuracy, from briefing data criteria to using excel to review and share results. You will also play a proactive role in building a positive and inspiring culture as the relatively new wider team is formed.
