The Role

The Senior Digital Acquisition and Welcome Officer (First Engagement Team) is a newly created position, to support ambitious growth in the acquisition programme as part of the new 5-year strategy. Working closely with the rest of the FE team and wider stakeholders such as Communications team, Email Platform Manager and media and creative agencies, you’ll play a crucial role in helping to optimise our digital activity in particular as we scale up investment in this area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to help make a real difference to a digital programme still in its infancy and you’ll have support to develop along the way.

While this is primarily a digital role, you’ll have a flexible approach to working as part of a team helping deliver team goals. There’s also opportunities to help deliver other areas e.g. press ads and inserts.

Criteria

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with excellent communication and analytical skills. You’ll be keen to deliver insight and audience-led, best in class fundraising campaigns to help Brooke realise an ambitious acquisition growth programme. You’ll enjoy looking for ways to optimise all elements of campaigns from creative, content and media testing and able to act as a key point of knowledge in this area. Experience of digital marketing is required, with an understanding of digital KPIs in relation to emails and landing pages. You will also need to be confident working with data with attention to detail and accuracy, from briefing data criteria for emails to using excel to review and share results. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively and be able to engage wider stakeholders in our acquisition testing plan development, providing clear regular communication to update on progress and learnings. Additionally, you will play a proactive role in building a positive and inspiring culture as the relatively new wider team is formed.
