As a Senior Recruiter on our high volume recruiting team, you will leverage your recruiting expertise and market knowledge to make crucial decisions that help business partners with hiring needs. You’ll have the chance to impact the company’s recruiting strategy and productivity by filling critical, high volume requisitions. Forming strategic relationships with business partners and candidates, you’ll ensure a positive experience for everyone involved in the hiring process. This is a remote position.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher and a combination of at least four years related professional experience in talent acquisition, functional HR, or business operations leadership experience which includes hiring and interviewing
  • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a combination of at least six years related professional experience in talent acquisition, functional HR, or business operations leadership experience which includes hiring and interviewing

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in full-cycle recruiting including conducting resume review and assessing candidate video interviews while working within an applicant tracking system
  • An understanding of the business value associated with hiring strong talent and how changes in business strategy can impact our talent acquisition approach
  • Influencing business partners through acute business and external talent market knowledge
  • Organizational and multi-tasking abilities along with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with passive candidate sourcing and development

Compensation

  • $66,300 – $88,400/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
