Partners Program Coordinator – Remote (MPH)

IHTC is hiring a Program Coordinator to support the execution of the Partners in Bleeding Disorders Education Program (“Partners”). The Partners Program Coordinator is responsible for executive project activities and working collaboratively with the Partners Program Manager to ensure execution of various Partners activities.

This position is eligible to work remotely. The position may require occasional travel to IHTC or other areas for work-related meetings and conferences.

Job Duties

  • Support the Partners Program Manager with development and implementation of a Partners Program project plan.
  • Ensure Partners PRN modules and live program materials are developed, edited and updated consistent with high quality and best practice standards.
  • Complete or coordinate completion of accreditation paperwork, including but not limited to Activity Description Form(s), Faculty Disclosures & CV(s), completion of Post-Test Assessment, and evaluation form(s).
  • Assist with coordination of marketing efforts, including planning, development of materials, distribution of marketing materials
  • Contribute to and ensure the creative design of slides, brochures, and other materials as needed
  • Ensure optimal communication with authors and support optimal communication with the Partners Advisory Committee
  • Ensure appropriate planning; creation and tracking of timelines, deadlines, deliverables, and agendas
  • Assist with the creation and tracking of an annual Partners budget
  • Contribute to various writing assignments, including drafting and updating needs assessments for accreditation, Partners Advisory Board reports, surveys, etc.
  • Assess Program effectiveness, including analysis of Google analytics and other tools, resources, and data.
  • Ensure appropriate and timely invoicing of grant related expenses and processing/payment of faculty and contractor invoices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of related program coordination experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related healthcare field is required. Master’s in Public Health strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance is required.
