We are looking for a highly collaborative, hands-on field senior marketing manager with previous experience owning go-to-market for DACH, with a main focus on Germany, and help drive our marketing efforts. In this role, you will help establish the goals and the strategy to push our marketing for the Enterprise segment in Germany to the next level, and work closely with the regional leaders. You’ll support our in-country demand generation execution, drive customer acquisition, expansion and adoption. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director DACH, Regional Marketing and is based in Germany or UK or remote.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Create and implement customized marketing campaigns for Enterprise accounts, using the complete toolbox of a modern marketer, with digital and offline channels
  • Implement the field marketing strategy within budgetary guidelines and co-own the in-country pipeline and lead numbers. You’ll partner closely with the sales, marketing and communication teams to bring your execution to life. And continue supporting our high-growth trajectory and help them surpass their bookings targets
  • Plan and carry out a wide range of end-to-end marketing programs and initiatives: out-of-the-box campaigns, Account Based Marketing, inbound and outbound digital activities, demand generation, events, Direct Mailers and content creation
  • Test and optimize new programs and channels. Continuously measure value and scale our efforts to drive new business
  • Working closely with the Partner Marketing team to build consistent marketing campaigns dedicated to the region
  • Drive delivery of key execution plans, assets, and marketing programs working with various teams including Regional Marketing (Enterprise segment), Growth, Analytics, Engagement Marketing, Communications/PR, Creative
  • Supervise, assess and report on in-country performance and provide direction and guidance based on analysis of results
  • Present to, and engage with, GTM teams on a regular basis
  • Work closely with outside marketing vendors from onboarding to invoicing

Proficiency Preferred

  • 7+ years of marketing experience. B2B and SaaS preferred
  • Native German speaker; English proficient (min C1 level)
  • Deep understanding of how Enterprise companies operate and buy software platforms so that we can build marketing campaigns that serve their needs
  • High end writing skills to support localisation team and building qualitative content that will impact the local market
  • Creative mind with the ability to conceptualise new campaign creatives
  • Hands-on, get-it-done demeanor with excellent team collaboration skills for sophisticated, cross-functional execution
  • Thorough, strong analytical skills to synthesise raw data into practical execution plan for new and existing initiatives
  • Understanding of marketing automation systems and services like Salesforce & Tableau
  • Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, upbeat, optimistic and agile
