The Senior Integration Architect is part of our regional Engagement Management team that works across the Middle East and occasionally supports projects across the international space.As a Senior Integration Architect, you will, manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, and requiring influence to achieve targeted outcomes. You will develop strategies for design, system validation, and integration across solutions and venues of care. You will develop and oversee the execution of domain, issue, and change management strategies.You will mitigate and resolve integration risks proactively, serving as the final point of escalation. You will provide integration oversight for engagements so that project deliverables and timelines are met while ensuring value is delivered to the client as committed. You will provide integration and domain expertise to internal and external client project teams. You will consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direct and functionality with relation to integration and stability.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:��� Bachelor s degree or 4 relevant work experience plus:��� 4 years additional relevant work experience including:��� 2 years in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experiencePreferred Qualifications:��� Work experience in implementing Cerner Millennium using any of the Consulting Framework Methodologies.Expectations:��� Currently residing in Dubai or Doha��� Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows��� Ability to travel up to 100%��� Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations��� Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the positionAdditional InformationAll employees must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
