Senior Excellence Manager (m/f/d) Healthcare Integrated Logistics

Your Role

As Senior Excellence Manager (m/f/d) Healthcare you are a member of the KN Integrated Logistics team. In this role, you are responsible to lead and manage all tasks related to LSP (Logistics Service Provider) for the assigned customer engagement.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all LSP facing tasks in KN Integrated Logistics for the assigned customer engagement: Logistics Procurement, LSP on-boarding, LSP management
• Establish commercial relationships on behalf of KN Integrated Logistics and the customer with LSPs in scope (e.g. define requirements/sourcing, market research, RFQs, negotiations)
• Manage the LSP integration process into the work stream of KN Integrated Logistics (e.g. contracting process, negotiations, preparation of LSP data, change management process, lead LSP training and (EDI-) integration process)
• Manage the existing relationships with the relevant LSPs in scope (e.g. monitor LSP performance against KPIs, lead frequent management meetings, manage rates, LSP master data, support the operations)
• Support in network analysis, engineering and continuous improvement tasks

Your Skills And Experiences

• University degree or similar level of education in the transportation/logistics industry, or comparable level through experience made in the field
• Minimum five years’ experience in the international transportation and/or in a logistics project environment
• Excellent market knowledge of logistics transportation and warehousing suppliers, preferable in all modes of transport as well as knowledge of the European/Global legislation regarding transportation
• Profund knowledge about Pharma/Healtcare quality standards and requirements
• Strong understanding of project management discipline and solutions
• Solid knowledge of tendering and LSP implementation is desired
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of German and French is an advantage
