Location: Dubai, UAEPackage: 65k total monthly cash + flight + educationOur client is a major UAE based conglomerate with 15+ independently operating verticals across a variety of sectors. We are exclusively retained to identify experienced Consulting Directors with the capability to build an internal Centre of Excellence to lead and deliver finance transformation projects that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology within Finance and core business operations.The successful candidate will have spent THE LAST 10 YEARS within a tier 1 or global consultancy firm using contemporary consulting methodologies & techniques to identify, scope and delivery projects relating to Finance Transformation, with a specific focus on process improvements, automation, organisation and service delivery design.It is essential that candidates have extensive knowledge of Business Process Re-engineering, process automation solutions and blueprint for outsourcing or ERP.Required ExperienceRelevant work experience in Finance transformation role in advisory capacity in Big 4 or global consulting services providerEmployed for the last 10 years in finance organization consulting, advising CFOs on Finance transformation, process improvements, financial planning redesign, service delivery model design etc.Experience developing a vision for client finance organization, delivering transformation programs encompassing finance process redesign, service delivery model development, and technology implementations.Experience in next generation technologies such as process automation, AI, predictive analytics, visualization etc.
