Within the Global Services at Dell, we are looking for a Senior Director, Customer Support, Field Delivery Services to join our team in London, Bracknell or Remote South UK

Accountable for providing strategic and operational leadership to the Customer Service Field organization representing the Customer Support Services (CSS) function, both internally and externally in the UKI. This high-profile role is responsible for promoting and applying best practices within the UKI CSS organization to achieve business results while focusing on achieving best-in-class customer experience. Requires solid customer support and services knowledge and the ability to maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders within DELL EMC. This role manages complex escalations and customer negotiations and reports to EMEA Customer Support Services Vice President.

You will

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for UKI Customer Support Services.
  • Be responsible for providing best-in-class customer experience and eNPS within UKI.
  • Communicate and enforce DELL EMC policies and procedures.
  • Work in partnership with EMEA leadership to establish and achieve business goals for the organization.
  • Build strong executive presence with Sales and Customers.
  • Use negotiation and influence skills to manage and maintain efficient key stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop mutually beneficial strategic alliances with the organization’s customers, delivery partners and suppliers.

Essential Requirements

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of services, industry trends and competition. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Show experience of working with appropriate business partners and stakeholders, in a complex matrix environment.
  • Proven ability to manage new business as well as develop existing business opportunities.
  • Exhibit a demonstrable commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term account relationships.
  • Ability to create an environment that fosters professional development.
  • Proven record of fostering diversity and inclusion within the organization.
  • Ability to plan and drive high impact transformations at the divisional level.
