Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-reliant and energetic person with a passion for digital marketing to join our team as a Senior Digital Marketing Sales Specialist; this person will be empowered to propel and promote our digital omni-channel marketing services and bring in new business. The role is focused on prospecting, lead development and closing new client business with qualified target companies. As a member of the Digital Marketing Team, you will be working at a company with over 40 years of direct marketing and digital expertise that is a reputable, recognizable industry leader. The key focuses of this position will include: 

  • Driving revenue by continually prospecting (sourcing leads, qualifying leads, setting initial meetings) & building a pipeline 
  • Educating prospective customers on the benefits and value of LSC’s digital marketing suite of offerings and onboarding new clients
  • Nurturing strong personal relationships with potential clients
  • Closing new business consistently at or above targeted levels
  • Developing and executing on a strategic plan for the year and creating reliable forecasts
  • Understanding customer needs and sharing these insights with our product and marketing teams
  • Leveraging your industry knowledge and our customers’ experience to continually evolve our product and the sales process

Desired Skills, Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4 years of experience in outside sales with ​at least 2 years at a digital marketing agency strongly preferred​
  • First-hand knowledge of digital marketing products and applications
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close new business  
  • Demonstrated listening skills and the ability to deliver compelling presentations, including the creation of slide decks
  • Demonstrated ability prospecting accounts and bringing together key decision makers in the company
  • Proven communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with senior-level executives 
  • Prior experience selling digital marketing services/solutions to health care providers, life insurance, and financial services companies is a strong plus

Note: While LSC Digital Group offers a hybrid working schedule, preference is for this role to be located within the CT, NY, NJ tri-state area, to focus on the local market and accommodate visits to the company’s offices located in Bethel, CT. No relocation assistance will be offered.
