We are looking for an experienced Development Business Analyst to join the development team for M3 Finance.
As a business analyst you will work with the product M3 Cloud Edition, our Java-based Cloud-Ready ERP product.
Our industry leading M3 product provides broad business support, where the financial application encompasses accounting and legal aspects of doing international business.
You will work in a talented team in a highly international environment. The team holds a broad range of competences, from application experts to associate product developers. We are humble, yet result-oriented, team players and we hope you are too.
You will take lead in development projects and take on the overall application responsibility for part of the product. You will work with requirements and solution analysis for new functionality as well as improvement of already existing business functionality. In addition, tasks such as system design, quality assurance and documentation will be part of your responsibility. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues in Sweden and the Philippines.

Key responsibilities:
- Solution analysis and design for new functionality as well as improvement of existing business functionality.
- Work with the entire system development life cycle, from the drawing board to an executable feature.
- Requirement and business process understanding, often legal and statutory conditions of different countries
- Functional responsibility for one or several M3 Finance application areas.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of financial business processes.
- Deep knowledge in an ERP, preferably in M3.
- Creatively addresses big-picture problems with a detailed-minded solution approach
· Team player with ability to take initiatives of your own.
- Ability to structure and work independently.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex and abstract concepts.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Academic degree within engineering, systems science and/or business/economics
Preferred Qualifications:
- M3 Finance experience is meriting
- Skills in system design, QA, project management, data base management are meriting.
- General programming knowledge, being able to read and understand programming code.
- Experience in Software Design and Development.
