Senior Business Consultant

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our team full-time in Germany.

We are a leading global product engineering and digital services company that unites 4000+ seasoned professionals globally on various projects in healthcare, fintech, travel, sportswear, entertainment, and security. Ciklum delivers high-impact technology solutions to Fortune 500 and fast-growing organizations worldwide.

About the role:

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be the part of the team to drive long term cooperation with the key clients and launch the start of new projects, supporting our sales team in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the key stakeholders towards creating business plans and strategies that identifies the needs and bottlenecks in order to achieve main business goals
• Drive and deliver early-stage technical discussions and transferring them into meaningful opportunities
• Identifying and providing the estimations of new business prospects in terms of growth and potential risks
• Cross-functional collaboration with Solutioning and Delivery teams to ensure proposals are tailored to specific client needs and technical requirements are met
• Provide ongoing consulting to business leaders and employees to ensure success in their business areas
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients and other business partners
• Meet with clients and other business partners to gather information about their business and address their needs and concerns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in related fields
• Previous background in tech industry
• Good communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with people on different levels of organization
• Demonstrable commitment to business ethics and corporate social responsibility
• Proven track record in business development
• High level of motivation and a self-starter attitude
• Ability to think outside of the box and thrive when faced with new challenges
