Provision of “Senior Analysis Expert – Data modelling and food security analysis consultancy”

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.
Tender purpose:
NRC Middle East Regional Office in Amman, Jordan, is soliciting bids for “Senior Analysis Expert – data modelling and food security analysis consultancy”.
The Yemen Analysis Hub has plans to review the existing data collection and analysis of techniques/methodologies used to deliver the product. The expert is expected to recommend and develop improved methodologies and analytical modeling to improve the analysis. The expert will provide technical expertise on food security analysis and data modeling in order to improve the data analysis ecosystem in Yemen.
The expert will advise ACAPS on emerging topics of importance to improving humanitarian response, deliver presentations on their area of expertise to ACAPS staff and external stakeholders, deliver short training and provide expert input to regular joint analysis meetings, Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs “**Annex 2 TOR**”.
