Security Officer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (مهام العمل)

Main Tasks:

1. Follows safety and security policies and procedures at all times

يتبع سياسات وإجراءات السلامة والأمن في جميع الأوقات

2. Patrols properties interior ground and back off the house area

يقوم بدوريات تجول و تفحص الاماكن الداخلية و مكاتب الفندق كافة

3. Patrols hallways, parking lots, stairwells, lobby, and restaurants

يقوم بجولات في الممرات ومواقف السيارات والسلالم واللوبي والمطاعم

4. Ensures all guest room doors are closed and all public access doors locked

يضمن إغلاق جميع أبواب غرف الضيوف وإغلاق جميع أبواب المداخل العامة

5. Ensures all property’s security alarms and cameras are on and functional

يضمن تشغيل جميع أجهزة الإنذار الأمنية والكاميرات

6. Might spend all or part of his shift watching the cameras monitors for any suspicious activity, and report to the superiors and local authorities in case of any suspicious activity

قد يقضي جميع نوباته كلياً أو جزئياً في مراقبة شاشات الكاميرات بحثًا عن أي نشاط مشبوه ، وإبلاغ الرؤساء والسلطات المحلية في حال وجود أي نشاط مشبوه

7. Responsible for maintaining clear and concise logs of all nightly and daily occurrences, suspicious activity

مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سجلات واضحة وموجزة لجميع الأحداث الليلية و النهارية ، والنشاط المشبوه

8. Responds to guest requests quickly and courteously at all times

يستجيب لطلبات الضيف بسرعة ولطف في جميع الأوقات

9. Responds to accidents, and performs first aid/CPR as required

يستجيب للحوادث ، ويؤدي الإسعافات الأولية / CPR كما هو مطلوب

10. Assists guests/employees during emergency situations

يساعد الضيوف / الموظفين خلال حالات الطوارئ

11. Notifies appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents

يخطر الأفراد المناسبين في حالة وقوع حوادث أو هجمات أو حوادث أخرى

12. Escorts any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation

يرافق أي شخص غير مرحب به المبنى دون مقاطعة التدفق المنظم للعمل

13. Locks property entrances when required

أقفال مداخل المبنى عند الاقتضاء

14. Conducts daily physical hazard inspections

يجري عمليات تفتيش لتفادي المخاطر الجسدية اليومية

15. Performs all duties in a safe manner and reports all accidents to supervisor immediately

يؤدي جميع الواجبات بطريقة آمنة ويبلغ المشرف على الفور جميع الحوادث

16. Maintains safety and security of guests at all times

يحافظ على سلامة وأمن الضيوف في جميع الأوقات

17. Adheres to key control policy and procedures according to the set standards of the hotel

يلتزم بسياسة وإجراءات التحكم الرئيسية وفقًا للمعايير الموضوعة للفندق

18. Assists in training new joiners on the job

يساعد في تدريب الموظفين الجدد

19. Attends phone calls with proper telephone etiquette and standard greetings

يجيب على المكالمات الهاتفية مع آداب الهاتف المناسبة حسب المعايير

20. Attends any departmental meetings or training as per the schedule

يحضر أي اجتماعات للإدارات أو التدريب وفقا للجدول الزمني

21. Performs any other duties assigned by the superior or management

يؤدي واجبات أخرى كما يطلب منه

1. Assists other hotel teams in times of rush

24. Cooperates with coworkers in respect and professionalism to ensure smooth operation

Work Skills Requirements: متطلبات العمل))

• Demonstrates an ability to communicate in English, speaking, writing and reading
• القدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية والتحدث والكتابة والقراءة
• Excellent interpersonal skills, is friendly & courteous in his dealings with guests and staff, demonstrates an ability to establish rapport with employees, on a one-on-one approach
• مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين ، ودود ومهذب في تعامله مع الضيوف والموظفين ، مما يدل على القدرة على إقامة علاقة مهنية مع االموظفين
• Follows safety and security rules and procedures without compromises at all times

• Must be able to work under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary guest service

· Endurance for standing and mobility throughout the shift

• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone, face-to-face and in writing

Duty hours per day: Eight hours, Schedule may vary to include day & night

Working days: 6 days per week. Schedule may vary according to job needs

Equipment usage: operating security cameras, computer systems , phones
