Job Description: • Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry and report any suspicious activity• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers• Control traffic by directing pedestrians and transport• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures• Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls• Provide excellent customer service• Adhere to all company service and operating standards• Respond to emergency situations to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers• Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues• Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, patrolling premises regularly, traffic control, and accident investigations• Advantage if having a license by Dubai Protective System/Security Industry Regulatory AgencySkills Required: • Good Written and Verbal English Communication• Following Complex Instructions• Good Interpersonal Skills• Knowledge of Basic Security Operations and Procedure• Should be flexible & able to multi-task• Knowledge of Basic Health & Safety Procedures• Attention to details• Reporting Skills• Basic computer literacy skills
