Avantor sucht zum frühestmöglichen Start einen motivierten Sample Management Technician (w/m/d) zur fachgerechten Verwaltung biologischer Proben.

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine unbefristete Vollzeitposition. Ihr Einsatzort wäre unser Biorepository in Kriftel. Das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung BTA/CTA, Biologie, Biotechnologie o.Ä.
• Erfahrung mit Logistikprozessen, vorzugsweise mit biologischem Material
• Kenntnisse zu regulatorischen und technischen Anforderungen zu Lagerung und Versand von biologischen Proben von Vorteil
• Detailorientierte und gewissenshafte Arbeitsweise
• GxP-Kenntnisse erforderlich
• Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Dienstleistungsorientiertheit

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

• Inbound: Entgegennahme, Eintragung und Speicherung (biologisches Material oder Dokumente). Dokumentation der Materialien sowie jeglicher Abweichungen im internen Datenverwaltungssystem.
• Outbound: Verpackung, Vorbereitung und Versand von Materialien gemäß den gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Versandrichtlinien.
• Platzierung aller ein- und ausgehenden Materialien an geeigneten Bereitstellungs- und Lagerorten.
• Vorbereitung des Empfangs-und Lagerbereiches für die Entgegennahme eingehender Pakete
• Halten Sie den leitenden Techniker und die Leitung des Biorepositorys über den täglichen Fortschritt, einschließlich Unregelmäßigkeiten und Abweichungen vom Normalzustand, auf dem Laufenden.
• Archivierung: Durchführung anfallender Archivierungsverfahren für den Abschluss der zugewiesenen Projekte
• Einhaltung geltender Arbeitsanweisungen (SOPs)
