Your Role And Responsibilities
Kyndryl Services Client Representative (SCR) Manager is the first executive to the Kyndryl Client Representative team. This team assumes both new business (new client acquisition) and account ownership responsibilities for existing and new clients. One must possess demonstrated Leadership skills in selling services solutions. A thorough understanding of Cloud technologies and solutions is a distinct advantage. One must understand the competitive landscape and be able to lead the team to develop appropriate sales strategies to win. Team Management and leading a pack of hunters is an essential for this role. The individual is expected to be networking and leveraging internal matrix and extended teams to develop best solutions for the client. One will need to apply sales leadership skills to engage and enable the team to close opportunities with key decision makers.

We are looking for a “leader of the pack” sales professional that understands how to cultivate new business and how to manage a territory to win GTS clients across defined client set in the Financial Services market. At all levels being adept at maintaining high levels of client satisfaction with Clients is the criteria for success on the role. The leader must be able to manage and lead large, complex transactions as well as cross-sell and upsell pursuits.

Key Responsibilities
As a client-facing, sales professional, and people leader, you will be guided by Kyndryl’s purpose –to be essential to its clients; help them grow their businesses by solving strategic and tactical business problems with IBM’s proven services and cloud solutions. We are looking for leader, game changer, and challenge seeker who is interested in making an impact in selling Cloud and Services solutions portfolio to the Financial Services Market client base.

Leverage business acumen to understand the client’s business strategies, requirements, technical requirements and competitive landscape.

Lead and Collaborate with Cloud and Services teams and market sellers and peers to help them to define, design, and detail the aspects and feasibility of proposed integrated solutions – from design, implementation, solution pricing, final execution and ultimate client success.

Apply Financial Services industry expertise, competitive knowledge, cross-functional leadership and creative vision to drive integrated strategies and offerings, methods and models.

People & Team Management experience.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position 112,000 to 347,000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
3 years of leading hunting teams in complex services sales environment.

Knowledge of Multi-Cloud Environments (Private, Public, and Hybrid) Solutions

Knowledge of the Public Cloud Landscape: AWS, Azure, Google, IBM Cloud, etc.

At least 5 years of experience in Cloud Sales / Services Sales.

Readiness to travel 50% annually

Demonstrated level of personal and cross unit leadership skills; able to scale across teams in and not within management chain

Commercially minded and capable of supporting end-to-end sales engagements with the ability to think, plan, and act strategically

Extensive networking and interpersonal skills in complex and highly diverse environments.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
5 years of experience in selling Multi- Cloud (Private, Public, and Hybrid) Solutions.

3 years of Experience in working the Public Cloud Landscape: AWS, Azure, Google, IBM Cloud, etc.

10 years of experience in Solution Services Sales

10 years of experience in Executive Relationship Management
