The role will have the primary responsibility of generating and qualifying leads for the sales team in a business to business setting in the technology industry.
During the internship you will be trained and continually mentored through all aspects of the sales process including; prospecting, lead qualification, opportunity creation and pipeline management. This will provide you with both tangible sales skills and a level of business acumen upon completion of the internship.
You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact to our sales team not just through lead generation, but also by offering a fresh perspective to the team.
You will also have the opportunity to further develop your social and professional networks by working and interacting with other members of our organization in our San Antonio office, located downtown.
This is a part-time (M-H 6 hr/day) in office paid ($10/hr) internship with a starting month of June and end month of August for students currently pursuing a bachelorâs degree in business management, finance, marketing, sales or related field.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in office at our San Antonio location
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft office tools (extra points for Salesforce or CRM knowledge)
- Proven ability to both collaborate and work independently
- Interest in sales, sales operations, data analysis or sales enablement
