Sales Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual with a proven sales track record to join our wellbeing programme ‘Being Well Together (BWT)’ as Wellbeing Sales Executive.

Our “Being Well Together” programme brings all aspects of health, safety and wellbeing under one umbrella. This role is not just about selling our programme, it also requires creativity, continual learning, focus and gathering supporters’ feedback to enhance the programme’s content. We are therefore looking for a personable and driven team member who is passionate about workplace wellbeing. The Wellbeing Sales Executive will report directly to the Head of Wellbeing.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to progress their sales career within Wellbeing.

The ideal Wellbeing Sales Executive will have:

·Demonstrable success in a consultative sales role

·Real passion for wellbeing in the workplace

Experience in generating own leads, from emails, calling, events, and introductions, to promote wellbeing at workplaces

·Excellent planning, resourcefulness, and organisational skills

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with good attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner

·Strong presentation and negotiation skills

·Ability to grasp technical knowledge and use it appropriately during the sales process

·Self-starter, able to work on own initiative with minimum guidance, and positive input into strategic planning

·Experience in managing and retaining relationships with stakeholders

·Excellent knowledge and understanding of how to write effective business proposals

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: Circa £28,000 + £4000 bonus on meeting sales target

Job Location: Hammersmith with significant remote working
