What You’ll Be Doing

Position is main source of insights, business tracking and calculating BC for sales department.

Key Responsibilities

Analytical support of UA/GE Sales strategic and tactical activities.

Analysis and planning of sales incentives.

Developing recommendations to sales programs conditions

depending on market trends and past experience of the company

Post analysis of sales incentives.

Preparation, coordination and consolidation of Avon’s performance analysis from Sales side

Review the analyses needs on regular basis and reacting to changes

(templates, new reports or analyses)

Participate in projects to investigate market opportunities

Managing UA/GE Sales reporting/forecasting process and preparing related analysis to support main KPIs

Regular reporting based on internal data

Weekly and Monthly analytical updates

Main sales KPIs forecasting process leadership

We’d Love You To Have

Excellent analytical skills

High expert in MS Excel, MS Power Point (formulas, pivots, graphs)

SQL medium level

Insights generation skills

Advisable

Tableau experience

Python experience

Higher education

Degree in Tech, Math

Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian & Russia.

English –Intermediate
