Sales Administrator

FlavorWiki is an online market research platform seeking a Sales Administrator to assist our multi-national Sales Team in organizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for future and existing clients. Your role will be to assist Senior Sales Representatives, Marketing, and the CEO in working with international partners, keeping track of customer information, and other tasks related to sales and marketing support. This is a fast-paced full-time position that requires the ability to multitask.

This is a remote position, so you will need your own computer or laptop, and you must have a fiber internet connection. You should be available during working hours in European or US time zones (though not necessarily located in those areas).

Sales administration responsibilities and duties including, but not limited to:

• Previous work experience, preferably in a sales / marketing / project management
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office / Google Workspace
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Experience drafting and running different sales campaigns (e-mail, LinkedIn, B2B, conferences)
• Maintain an accurate database of customer and prospect information
• Assist the Sales department with pipeline and any other requests
• A team player with high level of dedication and a strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Business-level English, written and spoken
