Bayshore is looking for three passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses to act as Clinical Team Leads for our Mississauga, Brampton and York region nursing teams. The successful candidate will support a Manager of Clinical Practice for their particular geographic area. You will use your clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality home health care, they need and deserve delivered with compassion, excellence and reliability, in the comfort and safety of their homes. In particular the Clinical Team Lead will support the manager with day to day assignment of clients, scheduling, provision of clinical support and mentoring to the team, review of nursing reports, orientation support and participation in the oncall rotation. This position is currently a hybrid position requiring both in-office, field and remote work. At some time in the future all administration positions will return to all in-office and field work.

Positions open to RPNs who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Must have current BLS certificate and current Vulnerable Sector Screening.
