Varishtha Infotech is looking for UiPath RPA Support Developers – L2
JD:
��� Administrate the live environment daily
��� Ensure network connections and stability, maintain PCs that are dedicated to robots
��� Run processes, analyse process logs
��� Manage live technical environments on day-to-day basis
��� Monitors KPIs and scheduling of processes
��� Manages Level1 & Level 2 support requests
��� Completes basic troubleshooting steps to resolve L2 issues.
��� Escalates L3 issues to Process Controller
��� Deploys schedule for automated processes in the operational environment
��� Manages and investigates exceptions
��� Manages process workloads/designs scheduling
��� Identifies improvements related to scheduling and technology
Requirements:
��� Minimum 2+ years of experience as UiPath Developer / Support.
��� UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Automation Hub Certified
��� Hands-on technical automation/RPA development experience.
��� Experience in MIS reporting.
