World Vision

World Vision International (WVI) is a Global Development Organization with a presence in over 100 countries. WVI World Vision”) invites your organization to submit a proposal for [Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform deployment in various World Vision (WV) offices in Europe] based on the specifications, requirements and terms and conditions set forth in this Request For Proposal (RFP). This RFP is intended to enable World Vision to identify a vendor to supply [To find an appropriate Regional Partner capable to manage deployment, localization and support of the solution across offices in the continental Europe, their capabilities to deploy and support the Partnership CRM that would be appropriate for the needs of World Vision International including already available add-ons and associated costs.] The details are provided in the RFP document provided with all details in the link : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ltoIVLsheiewSCQaHQlXmLCI3N2bhcGW?usp=share_link

Evaluation Criteria for proposals :

The regional partner who will provide localization service to four WV offices located in Austria, Italy, Ireland and Spain must meet the following criteria (Conditions for participants and if not fulfilled WVI will exclude the offer from yjr next evaluation stage) :

Stage 1 :

1. Requirements defined for WV suppliers including Information Security Qualification Check (compliance with the industry standards and best practices in Information Security)

2. Offer better scalability, flexibility, integration and interoperability of the localization solution

3. Offer full package of services: localization, customization if necessary, training of staff and other change management support, UAT management, GoLive and hypercare and production support.

4. Offer affordable cost of both the localization and support.

5. Solid footprint and well-established presence in the same countries with WV offices involved

6. (ideally) Communication in the local languages (English, German, Italian and Spanish)

Regardless whether the supplier offers a ready-to-use product or ad-hoc solution(s) for WV offices only, they should meet the following criteria:

1. Compliant with the Information Security laws and regulation

2. Supports GDPR compliance

3. Supports PCI DSS compliance

4. Supports any other regulatory compliance required in EU area and ECB zone

5. Full compatibility with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, PowerApps, Azure Services, Cloud for Nonprofit and Common Data Model

6. PowerBI enabled business intelligence and reporting

7. Scalable licensing model (if applicable)

Stage 2:

World Vision will evaluate responses and select Suppliers who fulfilled stage 1, at its discretion, to progress to the next stage. A few criteria it may use, include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Quality, reputation and performance of providing TCoE services in a global environment. Each Supplier should be prepared to discuss and substantiate any of the areas of the response that it submits, its qualifications for the services required and any other area of interest relative to its response.

2. Quality, reputation and performance of providing [Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform deployment] in a global, especially EU environment. World Vision requires an opportunity to evaluate models/samples for testing.

3. Thoroughness of response preparation.

4. Demonstrated excellence in service and support on a global basis.

1. Competitive pricing with the capacity to provide advance and locked global pricing as part of a very demanding marketing schedule.

5. Speed to deliver the requested services.

6. Ability of the selected vendor to work with World Vision to develop a co-marketing program directed at the global World Vision offices and capacity to creatively sustain the marketing strategy over the duration of the relationship with World Vision.

7. Capability of vendor to identify all elements leading to understanding of the actual landed costs by region/country and establish lead-time and fulfillment objectives.

8. Demonstrated ability to provide International account coordination and consolidated purchase reporting for World Vision management while enabling use of local accounts, support and services in our global areas of operation.
