The Role:

Oxfam GB is looking for a Retail Marketing Executive to coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and multi-channel retail marketing plans that support Oxfam’s high street shops to raise as much money as possible to beat poverty.

Applying marketing expertise and knowledge of Oxfam’s shops you will work on campaigns across the product portfolio (inc. Donated, Sourced by Oxfam, Unwrapped, Volunteering). You will plan and manage activity across channels (point of sale, print, organic social media, email, web, paid acquisition), including briefing creative and production teams.

This is an exciting and wide-ranging role that will enable you to really showcase your marketing and communication skills. You’ll be experienced in developing and implementing creative communications that raise brand awareness, engagement, and income. You will be able to make a true difference to Oxfam GB and our work.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a talented marketing executive with demonstrable project management skills and experience of delivering multiple activities on time and to budget. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across a diverse set of stakeholders. You should understand the development and delivery of creative work and have experience of applying audience insights and writing effective creative briefs. A forward-thinking mindset and a resourceful, driven approach to work are all essential for this role.
