You will get down to learn how a multi-channel business run; from Operation to Logistics to Front end.

  • Assist in daily operations of retail & e-commerce
  • Packing and sorting of online orders
  • Restocking and reporting of stocks
  • Liaising and building rapport with customers and handle their enquiry independently
  • Assist in running company’s social media platforms
  • Assist in Business & Product development
  • Handling admin work & other adhoc duties

Required Qualifications

  • Min Diploma Level. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Experience in Gift Wrapping would be an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel & Word
  • Detail-oriented & Meticulous, Pleasant, Good Attitude and Customer-Service Oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to commence immediately or on short notice
  • Able to commit to 5.5 days week
