Job Description

  • Reports to logistics section manager
  • Processes the sales order for the required shipment of finished goods
  • Updates shipment calendar upon receiving sales order. Processes the sales order for the required shipment of finished goods
  • Verify whether all orders have sufficient lead time
  • Process orders by entering into NAV system
  • Practices first-in-first-out basis for delivery of finished goods
  • Verify that goods do not exceed its expiry date before the date of delivery. – Issues proper shipping document (DO, Packing List, Invoice, COA, shipping mark, permit) for each shipment. – Arrange and coordinates transportation for local and overseas shipment (Singapore, Malaysia and overseas).
  • Arrange Marine Insurance for export cargo and import of empty drums from customer.
  • Coordinate collection of empty drums for recycle from customer.
  • Conducts stock verification in the warehouse.
  • Conduct month end, midyear and year end stock inventory from rented and MPCS warehouse.
  • Strictly adhere to EHS and QMS procedures in all aspects of the activities.
  • Performs any other task as instructed by section manager.
