Job Description
- Reports to logistics section manager
- Processes the sales order for the required shipment of finished goods
- Updates shipment calendar upon receiving sales order. Processes the sales order for the required shipment of finished goods
- Verify whether all orders have sufficient lead time
- Process orders by entering into NAV system
- Practices first-in-first-out basis for delivery of finished goods
- Verify that goods do not exceed its expiry date before the date of delivery. – Issues proper shipping document (DO, Packing List, Invoice, COA, shipping mark, permit) for each shipment. – Arrange and coordinates transportation for local and overseas shipment (Singapore, Malaysia and overseas).
- Arrange Marine Insurance for export cargo and import of empty drums from customer.
- Coordinate collection of empty drums for recycle from customer.
- Conducts stock verification in the warehouse.
- Conduct month end, midyear and year end stock inventory from rented and MPCS warehouse.
- Strictly adhere to EHS and QMS procedures in all aspects of the activities.
- Performs any other task as instructed by section manager.
