Employment: Full Time

As a Restaurant Reception Manager, you are responsible for the operations of Front Office with a primary focus on overall operation at Reception, ensuring end of day procedures and subsequent reports are completed in an accurate and efficient manner whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

* Actively elicit guest feedback and preferences, regarding restaurant services and ensure action is initiated on the same to maximize guest satisfaction.

* Establish new relationships and maintain rapport with existing/long-term customers.

* Actively involved in promoting and selling companies’ loyalty programs, Food & Beverage events / in-house facilities, and company partners.

* Lead and coach the team towards achieving the highest level of exceptional guest service and colleague satisfaction results through the application of all corporate and property standards and policies.

* Manage and interpret customer requirements by listening to clients and questioning them to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs.

* Facilitate the development of staff

* Analyze customer feedback & find solutions to resolve the complaints in consultation with the General Manager.
