As a Research, Development, and Engineering (RD&E) Intern at SC Johnson, you’ll be involved in strategic projects that allow you to discover, apply and develop new products and materials to improve or create our next generation of quality, trusted products. You’ll be part of our team in Racine, Wisconsin, and will work cross-functionally with colleagues across the company to gain skills that will help prepare you for a full-time career in RD&E.

Your RD&E internship project will focus on providing enriching experiences to help develop key skills in one or more of these areas:
- Formulation Development
- Test Method Development and Validation
- Design of Experiments
- Process Development and Scale-up
- Claims Validation
- Data Analysis
The internship program is 12 weeks in length which would begin in late May 2023 and end in early August 2023.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Full-time undergraduate student with a focus on Chemical Engineering or Chemistry and a graduation date of ideally in the Spring of 2024
- 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; At this time SC Johnson is not sponsoring foreign nationals in an immigration case to gain full-time work authorization
