Research Coordinator

The Brooke Hospital for Animals

Brooke is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual, with experience of using qualitative and quantitative research methods to join our UK Research team on a temporary basis.

The role presents an exciting challenge to lead on one work stream that is integral to the roll out of our ambitious research strategy. The role is primarily responsible for collating and developing a bank of resources on quantitative and qualitative research design, analysis, ethics and research communication; with a key desire to have ethical considerations highlighted before during and after employing different research methodologies.

The resources will be used by Brooke’s Country Programmes and partners to enable them to independently conduct and disseminate quality and ethical small scale context-specific research projects.

We seek someone educated to MSc or equivalent or higher with recent research experience using mixed method approaches. Understanding the challenges of conducting research in low and middle-income countries would be advantageous. We require a ‘can do’ attitude, the candidate is required to have experience in e-learning and using learning management systems and demonstrate creativity in presenting information.

Closing Date: 30th January 2023

Interviews to be held on: 6th February 2023
