Taking care of customers means having conversations that determine their needs and appropriate support based on a wide array of industry leading solutions in health and wealth. Candidates should be with Microsoft (Chat) and Microsoft Outlook (email) as these are the main means of communication working remotely. Candidates should be driven to succeed and willing to provide 100% customer satisfaction and quality on each call. Candidates should be dependable, punctual, and self-sufficient in this position. Candidates will handle data entry, open enrollment, web assistance, along with the other requests of the customer. Our environment is fast-paced, supportive, innovative and fun. Joining our will provide you with appropriate training to enable you to gain the work experience needed to further your career. Must have experience in a call center and health care(benefits)!
