Refinery Manager

On behalf of an independent operator, WRS are looking for a Refinery Manager to work in Kurdistan on a permanent basis. This will be a residential role based in Suliaymaniyah, managing the day-to-day operations of the 40,000 BPD refinery.Job Duties include Responsibility for ensuring day to day production forecasts are achieved on the refinery Responsibility for ensuring that products produced meet specification Defining overall mission statement for refinery Defining overall goals and objectives for refinery as a whole and ensures departmental goals and objectives are developed to align with these overall objectives Setting Key Performance Indicators for all direct reports and monitors performance against target Responsibility for the overall refinery expense budget Responsibility for overall refinery investment budgetIdeal candidate will have Engineering degree in related discipline Experience in Oil and Gas Downstream operations ideally with15 years+ refinery experience in various management levels.
