To continue our growth, we are now looking for a confident and aspiring Recruitment Manager to join our team and support us to expand our team of friendly and compassionate Carers. Working in partnership with the management team youll support recruitment drives, promote the values of IP Homecare and oversee the recruitment process through to the highest standard.
There are plenty of challenges on a daily basis, so well need you to take the initiative and share our passion to attract and retain the very best people. Its a role thats full of variety and challenge requiring a talented individual whos used to overseeing a busy department.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of the recruitment team
- Ensure all enquiries are responded promptly and professionally
- Reviewing, updating and implementing new recruitment processes and procedures
- Processing all recruitment enquiries via various avenues (e.g. telephone, Facebook, website, recruitment, events etc.)
- Overseeing the Interview and assessment process
- Responsible for ensuring appropriate on boarding training is carried out
- Completing, tracking and updating staff paperwork as required (e.g. DBS and ID documents)
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Ensuring ATS system is up-to-date
Required Experience
- Must be personable and empathetic
- Demonstrable experience of managing high volume recruitment processes and campaigns
- A good knowledge of best practice in recruitment
- Experience of Applicant Tracking Systems is desirable
- Management of a recruitment team
- Effective communicator with a professional manner and positive attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail and administrative systems
- Comfortable working with social media and other sites
