Leaving Care Worker

Up to £10.50 an hour We have an amazing opportunity to join a well-established children and young people care provider as a leaving care support worker. You will be supporting young people who have just left the care system to gain their independence, find their feet and make positive and healthy choices. This is a hugely rewarding role where you will be making a huge difference to the lives of those you are supporting. This is a full-time position, and you will need to have a flexible approach to working, you will be driver and have access to your own car and be comfortable with alone working.
