Recruitment Intern / 3 months / Paid Internship

The Opportunity

The Recruitment Intern role involves supporting the MENAEE Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist in ensuring all recruitment requisitions are completed in terms of relevant paper work, in addition to providing support in scheduling tests and interviews, and other tasks related to Talent Acquisition for the Regional Office.

This opportunity will offer great exposure for the intern on international working standards within the NGO field, in addition to rich exposure to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment practices on a regional level. This is a paid internship.

Key Areas of Accountability:

* Support the Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist in providing a comprehensive and proactive recruitment and coordination service.

* Coordinate with the Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist and Hiring Managers on scheduling technical tests, interviews coordination, and maintaining the compliance activities of the recruiting process and maintaining safe recruitment standards.

* Update the Regional Office Recruitment Tracker.

* Ensure recruitment selection Reports are in place for all hired roles.

* Support the HR Coordinator in conducting reference checks all hired employees.

* Maintain accuracy and integrity of data through timely input to online and offline paperwork.

* Maintain confidentiality for all candidates’ and employees’ records whether manual or computer maintained and ensure that all records are held securely.

In order to be successful, you will bring/have:

* BA Degree in Business Management, or any other relevant field.

* Current students who are available at least 30 hours a week are welcome to apply.

* Excellent written and spoken English.

* Excellent Spoken Arabic.

* Strong organization and learning skills.

* Knowledge in using MS Office tools.
