Operationally, we are responsible for delivering the following core services through our delivery teams in Manchester.

  • Permanent, temporary and contractor recruitment across all levels and business areas (RPO and MSP)
  • Advisory services including diverse hiring, assessments and employer brand and experience

About the Role

To manage the onboarding process for new starters within Corporate and the interns, support the team with recruitment coordination across Corporate, ensuring consistent processes and practice are followed. The role must ensure the coordination of recruitment activity is fully covered and under control at all times.

Essential for the role is clear and concise communication skills and an eye for detail. In the role the individual will build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and external agencies. This will require the approach and level of engagement to be suitable for the audience. The Coordinator will show initiative and adaptability while maintaining structured processes and procedures.

  • Process onboarding and off boarding of contingent workers (contractors)
  • Manage and maintain relevant trackers for contingent workers and their assignment details
  • Initiating screening process
  • Hosting HR inductions
  • Point of contact for different teams and stakeholders (i.e. recruitment, payroll, agencies etc.)
  • Manage the Contractors annual furlough process
  • Complete all daily, weekly and monthly tasks in line with company process and procedures
  • Supporting ad hoc projects supporting the wider Resourcing/Recruitment team
  • Generating specific contracts (Direct, Agency, PAYE)
  • Reporting
  • Managing and coordinating the on-boarding & off-boarding processes for interns:
  • Generating contracts and offer letters
  • Initiating screening process
  • Hosting HR inductions
  • Processing contract extensions
  • Point of contact for different teams and stakeholders (i.e. recruitment, payroll etc.)
  • Data entry on dedicated HR systems (PeopleSoft and Talent Source)
  • Work in partnership with the graduate recruitment and programme teams to ensure a seamless end to end onboarding process
  • Processing queries from UK HR Data Team
  • Ensure correct data is input and maintained in TalentSource (ATS) and PeopleSoft (HR system)
  • Understand the Recruiter’s role and offer additional administration support
  • Understanding of and work to all SLAs pertaining to the role

Skills and Experience:

  • Service and delivery focussed with very professional attitude essential.
  • Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills essential.
  • Prioritising effectively is an essential skill.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines is an essential skill.
  • Experience of working in a client/ customer care environment highly desirable.
  • Excellent team player. Must also be people orientated
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Organised and methodical with a strong attention to detail.
  • Interest in business issues and motivated to add commercial value
  • Able to provide an effective, professional and timely response to the client and candidates
  • Highly responsive with excellent ability to absorb information quickly
  • Confident with the ability to work well in a demanding environment
