Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking Appointment Setters for one of our clients! This female-led team is renowned for teaching, women’s wealth advocacy, and business strategy focus. Our client excels in supporting female students and clients globally to radically grow their businesses by implementing their world-class marketing strategies and business systems, as well as personally growing to become leaders in their fields. We’ll be straight with you: this position has high expectations. We’re on the search for a heart-centered, driven, and self-motivated appointment setter to join their team as one of our trusted enrollment consultants. You can work from anywhere. All you need is a laptop, internet connection, and passion for leadership, transformation, and appointment setting. Structure & Compensation

– Full Time & Fully Remote!

– Base of $1500-$2,000 per month (depends on experience) + commission

– On Target Earnings with the base salary -> $8000 USD + a month

– Receive 3% commissions on all high ticket packages and 10% on digital products  

 that are closed by the sales team (Packages range from $10,000 to $70,000) 

– Extensive training and support.

– Independent Contractor Based Position

– SMS, calls and social settings to warm leads and existing database.

– Existing systems, strong and hot, high home-pipeline.

– Are hungry for training to improve your sales process, style, and appointment

 booking rates.

Their appointment setters are often the first human interaction that a prospect has with their brand. We’re looking for a highly professional, empathetic, and engaging personality who has the ability to listen, guide, and inspire our prospects. By working for them , you represent their brand and must demonstrate a high level of understanding of appointment setting, service capacity, and the online space and we call forward the best in their people – high standards, high performance, high level of emotional intelligence.

Their vision stems from an unwavering passion to support the rising of more female leaders. They serve coaches, thought leaders, authors, service providers, wellness experts, branding experts, copywriters, and anyone else working in the online space who wants to rapidly build their presence and revenue. While members of their team are located around the world, they would love to have someone in the radius of Brisbane {but open to other locations}, so they can give you access to their staff and training.

Work hours: as they have a global database you get to set your hours for call bookings. They have a requirement that appointment setters are available a minimum of 38 hours a week for them to commit their resources to training a new team member.

Responsibilities

– Appointment setting for closers.

– Nurturing new warm leads in the database and online community.

– Reactivating lukewarm leads in the database and online community.

– Perform sales calls using their scripts and processes.

– Display a high level of professionalism, emotional IQ, and passion for the

 uprising of women in business.

– Live and die by the CRM for diligent follow-up with prospects and

 reactivating their interest.

– Daily and weekly reporting of your appointments.

– Weekly participation in the team training.

Qualifications

– 1+ years B2C appointment setting or sales

– Excellent verbal and written communication.

– Skilled in developing relationships with exceptional interpersonal attributes.

– Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

– Ability to learn and work quickly and swiftly to take action to implement new ideas.

– Someone who brings their heart and passion to the job and always arrives focused

 and ready to serve.

– Driven, competitive, and confident with consulting others and setting expectations – Coachable — you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push 

 yourself to get better and better

– Team player — you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when

 needed, and complete tasks as required

– Proactive — you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of

 waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you. Required Experience

 -Self-starter — you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
