The role
At PeopleScout, we run recruitment processes for clients in all kinds of industries.
Every year, we hire over 200,000 people for them – from nurses to engineers.
You’ll run telephone interviews, watch video interviews, and listen to audio interviews, as well as helping candidates at every stage of their recruitment journey.
And the best bit: you’ll let people know they’ve landed the job!
We’ll give you lots of training before you interview anyone.
You’ll join a team currently working partly from home and partly from our Bristol office.
Working hours are 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Who We’re Looking For
Our friendly team includes people with customer service, hospitality and retail experience, and others who’ve just left school or uni.
We’re looking for someone who likes people. You can quickly put others at ease and help them put their best foot forward.
You Are
- a confident communicator and listener
- clearly caring but also capable of being firm in conversation
- committed to delivering the best experience for candidates
- comfortable using Word and Excel
