Day To Day Duties Will Include

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the Talent Acquisition Manager by providing specific administrative assistance to support the end-to-end Contractor Resourcing process.

  • Managing and maintaining the Contractor Resourcing mailbox and tracker on daily basis
  • Ensure all documents and forms are accurate and filed correctly and efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with any specific legislative, regulatory, or contractual requirements i.e., IR35, GDPR, etc.
  • Producing regular operational reports as required by the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Acting as main point of contact for a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring Talent Acquisition Manager is advised appropriately of urgent/priority items.
  • Managing all onboarding tasks for every new Contractor ensuring completion ahead of their first day or expectation of delay has been managed with appropriate parties
  • Enforcing best practices around managing contingent workforce throughout the business
  • Supporting ad hoc projects supporting the wider Resourcing team

In Addition, To This You Will Be Able To Provide Examples To Support Your

Candidates looking to apply for this role will need to be on no more than a one-week notice period. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract and will ideally start the week of the 18th April or the 25th April. You will need to be a Recruitment Specialist (as opposed to a HR Generalist) and you will have recent demonstrable experience of your recruitment coordination expertise.

  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational, time management and workload prioritisation skills
  • Capability to work to strict deadlines – managing multiple tasks concurrently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, O365)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at different levels
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems
  • Desirable, understanding of attraction and assessment methods and tools
