Purpose

At Bahar, we are always looking for top talent to join our team. We are currently seeking an experienced headhunter to help us find the best and brightest candidates for our open positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates. They will be skilled in the use of social media and other recruitment tools, and will have the ability to screen candidates and match them to the right job. They will also be able to build relationships with potential candidates and sell them on the benefits of working for Bahar.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for open positions
  • Use online databases, social media, and other tools to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates to assess fit for open positions
  • Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and person specifications
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to attract the best candidates for each role
  • Coordinate and attend career fairs and other events to promote the company and its open positions
  • Write and place job ads in various online and print publications
  • Review resumes and applications to pre-screen candidates
  • Arrange and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Negotiate job offers on behalf of the company
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and developments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
  • Proven experience as a headhunter or recruiting professional
  • Preference to have 5 years of experience working with recruitment agencies or INGOs.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Certification from a professional HR association, such as SHRM or HRCI
  • Very good networking skills and research skills
  • Thorough understanding of the recruitment process
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
  • Strong research and sourcing skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
