The role will be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct the full-cycle international recruitment process (North America, LATAM, Europe, APAC regions)
· Search for candidates’ profiles utilizing various platforms (e.g. the Linked In), conduct Zoom interviews with the candidates to provide findings to the hiring manager
· Coordinate and organize interviews with hiring managers based globally
· Collect, input and report recruitment data and metrics
REQUIREMENTS:
· High level of interpersonal, negotiation, sourcing and interviewing skills
· Proven experience in building partnership relationships with candidates and hiring managers
· Ability to manage recruiting assignments as projects independently
· Experience in international recruitment projects
· Fluency English (spoken and business writing)
