This role is open to anyone who’s based in Coimbatore and ready to work on a remote basis now, after the pandemic the work location is Tidel Park, Coimbatore. You’ll be part of a truly global network by joining Namecheap’s teammates from 22 countries in Europe, South America, Canada, and the United States. For this role, you will join more than 2000 location-based employees in Ukraine, Portugal, and India.

Who You’ll Work With

You will work with a multidisciplinary team in India, composed of Customer Support Executives and QAs. You’ll interact with our customers, product teams and with other development teams around the world.

What You’ll Do

You will provide technical support to more than 3 million customers all over the world by answering their queries and helping them to understand Namecheap products and services based on their needs and assisting them configure our products. If you are passionate about assisting people, troubleshooting and build a career in IT, this opportunity will certainly help you to do it.

What You’ll Learn

Technical training with unique content from our dedicated internal Training Center – expect to quickly become the tech expert in your friends and family when you learn:

  • What the Internet consists of and how it works
  • Why domains and hosting are necessary
  • How to manage Internet services and how Internet payments work
  • How to interact with customers all over the world
  • How to communicate in a modern business environment

  • New soft and hard skills by participating in Namecheap University and our company’s homegrown learning and professional development programs

What would be great if you had

  • Any engineering/computer science/ IT graduate with 0 – 2 years of experience in Technical chat support
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Typing skills (approx. 40-50 words per minute)
  • Entry-level to intermediate experience working with chat and email support
  • Comfortable with handling multiple requests
  • Ability to help customers to understand Namecheap products and services and know which to select
  • Ability to help clients configure our products, so they can start and keep building their internet dreams
