FMC Group offers recruitment services for mid and high-level positions in Turkey, UAE, Morocco, Tunisia, and Egypt. We are now seeking new colleagues for our experienced and dynamic team due to developing our recruitment department in Turkey.

 

The position is expected to start as a project-based position and become a part-time or full-time position depending on the future project volume.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the management, the key responsibilities are:

  • Handling the end2end recruitment process for mid and high-level positions in Turkey
  • Being in contact with our international clients to align the recruitment process
  • Participating in sales calls for recruitment projects and supporting our sales team
  • Setting-up job ads on job platforms and social media
  • Screening and evaluating incoming applications, using our ATS system
  • Conducting direct search/headhunting
  • Conducting interviews (phone, video, face-to-face)
  • Creating recruitment reports
  • Collaborating with other departments in FMC Group  

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • University degree 
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, recruitment experience of IT professionals would be a plus
  • Good knowledge of the labor market and the local culture in Turkey
  • Sourcing experience using social media and databases
  • Familiar with competency models and behavioral-based interviews
  • Very talented in interviews
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels
  • Good literacy and reporting skills in English, and German would be a plus
  • Business acumen and outstanding interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-driven and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and follow-up skills, strong attention to detail, and high level of accuracy
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain flexible
