PandoLogic
We are looking for a Content Specialist to join our global team at Pandologi, they will help in the creation and validation of multi-language taxonomy model and enhancement of our complex job classification system. The content specialist will develop vocabularies in German and apply natural language processing principles to significantly improve the job search experience for millions of people.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing large datasets in German
- Categorizing data according to a predefined classification and ensuring it meets the criteria for inclusion in the taxonomy system.
- Evaluating categorized content to identify gaps in the taxonomy structure, misclassified content, and redundant or ineffective categorization rules.
- Enhancing the job matching system by adding missing elements and making corrections.
- Developing controlled vocabularies in German.
- Conducting Internet research.
What should you bring?
- German – fluent or native speaker
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office set of tools
- Excellent analytical capabilities – ability to analyze texts of different complexity
- Comfortable in technical environments and ability to learn new systems as needed
- Internet proficiency
- Good research skills
- Highly organized, data driven and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work remotely from home
- Knowledge of terminology related to occupation fields and job search – advantage
