We’re seeking an experienced recruiter who is fluent in both Ukrainian and English.
Umbrex is currently working to connect clients with Ukrainian professionals who have been displaced from their employment by the war of Russian aggression.
Umbrex is doing this pro-bono, but of course we will pay you, the Recruiter. Umbrex will not take a fee on these projects – the clients will pay the Ukrainian freelancer directly.
We’re seeking an experienced recruiter to match up clients with the right Ukrainian professional.
We’re matching professionals across a range of skill sets: accounting, bookkeeping, graphic design, website design, data science, audio editing, video editing, web research, data entry, etc.
Your role will be to help source talent and to match talent to incoming opportunities.
Prior recruiting experience is helpful but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
