Smart Energy currently owns and operates solar IPP sites in Turkey, Romania, Greece, and Bulgaria with 100+ MW capacity, and another 60MW under construction.

With a portfolio of more than 500+ MW in utility-scale & rooftop solar EPC projects, we possess years of expertise in constructing utility-scale and rooftop solar power plants of all sizes.

We are looking for an experienced “Quality Manager” for our factory, which performs mass production in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering faculties from reputable universities
• Min. 10 years of managerial experience in the quality departments of production plants
• High experience in problem solving methods
• Fast learning and having practical mind
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 and 14001 and 45001
• Deep knowledge in Health and Safety regulations and applications
• Having strong leadership and communication skills, competencies in team management
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Being flexible in working hours and have no travel restrictions domestically and internationally
• Having a driving license. Being an active driver is a must
• For male candidates, military service must be completed
• Resides in the Anatolian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli region

Job Description

• Developing and implementing quality standards and control systems
• Stating and analyzing the issues causing quality problems and offering solutions according to the sector requirements
• Overall monitoring and analyzing of Quality Management System performance and Quality Management activities within the company
• To manage all Quality Management Systems and projects like ISO 9001-14001- 45001, etc.
• Taking the lead in ensuring the quality of deliverables
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
• Making recommendations for improvement
• Working closely with Operations/Production Management to develop controls and improvements
• Working with Production Managers to provide guidance on Quality Management matters
• Ensuring Internal and external Audits take place on a schedule for the company
